Scholarship Award Winners
Scholarships have been given since 1959. First established by and named for the sponsor, Cities Service, it became the Gordon A. Elcan Scholarship in 1967. As of 1991, it became the Keffer Scholarship. The scholarship is now endowed with the Virginia Tech Foundation.
