Dr. Todoroff leads Virginia Cooperative Extension's efforts to envision a way forward for community health initiatives. She believes that health is more than an outcome, it is a state of being that is simultaneously influencing, and influenced by, our surrounding community, environment, and individual circumstances. She also believes that the combined power of health promotion and community engagement will advance the well-being of all Virginians. Dr. Todoroff's experience with Extension programs originated as a FCS, SNAP-Ed agent for Roanoke, VA and surrounding counties in Southwest Virginia. However, she believes that all Extension program areas make valuable contributions to human health. We can achieve more together as we work to advance the well-being of Virginians across the Commonwealth. In her free time, Dr. Todoroff enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs in the peaceful mountains surrounding Roanoke, Virginia.
