Kellie Del Signore is the Coordinator of Policy, Systems, and Environmental Change with the Family Nutrition Program. Prior to her current position, Kellie served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia as an Agriculture and Nutrition Development Specialist, supported international NGO partners through her role at Global Impact and interned at Capital Area Food Bank for the Summer Meals Program. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech and her Master’s degree in Global Development from Cornell University where she focused on gender, agriculture and extension education. Kellie is excited to be supporting programs geared towards enhancing fellow Virginians overall nutrition security and wellness by utilizing local food systems.
