Meghan Garrett is the Family Nutrition Program Area Coordinator for the Northeast District of Virginia Cooperative Extension. She is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in community nutrition. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
