Notes

• 70 horse/rider combinations allowed for 2019
• Final deadline for scratching and refunds is July 1.  No refunds of entry fees or pre-application fee can be processed after that date.
• If more than 70 valid pre-applications are received, riders will be ranked based on performance at the 2018 State 4-H Horse Show
• notification of acceptance and/or waitlist will be sent no later than May 15
• two horses are allowed per exhibitor (2nd horse allowed if space available)
• WESTERN DRESSAGE was added to the class schedule in 2018
• Juniors and Seniors compete together as do horses and ponies
• pony jumping classes are adjusted for height
• you are responsible for booking your own hotel
• youth/horse combos can enter only 1 showmanship and 1 conformation class
• may enter as many of the under-saddle classes as the horse can perform, but this not the show to be trying new classes
• you will be representing Virginia’s very best!
