- 4-H Horse Show Steering Committee - this committee serves to make decisions specifically about the State Championship 4-H Horse Show, the State Fair 4-H Horse Show, and programming development needs related to these shows. Committee appointments are selected based on those serving as Division Chairs.
- 4-H Equine Advisory Council - this committee serves to make decisions about EquiSmartz, state educational programs, the State 4-H Horse Camp, the Mary Cole 50-mile Horsemaster Trail Ride, Horsemanship Skills, the 4-H Horse Ambassador Program, curriculum development, and other horse programming development needs. Committee appointments are selected by your District Horse Council and At Large are appointed by the State 4-H Horse Program Staff in alignment with the Council Member Policy.

- Horse Measurers (PDF) -Measurers on this list have completed a USEF led measuring class and are approved for measuring 4-H project horses. Each district now has an official dual bubble USEF measuring stick for loan throughout the district.
