Camps offered for youth interested in increasing their knowledge and ability in stockmen’s, meats, and livestock judging.
Judge Like A Champion Livestock Judging Camp - Flyer
This camp includes 1.5 days of instruction and live animal evaluation followed by a contest on Sunday to demonstrate what they have learned at camp. There is an option for youth to only participate in the contest on Sunday. Clinicians for the 2026 event will include Jacob Klaudt, Blaine French, Garrett Vaughn, Emily Taylor, Emma Jo Donnelly, and Karley Sonifrank. Saturday we will offer a Coaches Clinic led by Matt Claeys of Indiana. He is the former judging coach at Purdue University and boasts an impressive career of working with youth and adults across the country to develop and perfect their evaluation skills.

Virginia 4-H Livestock Programs Endowment
The Virginia 4-H Foundation is spearheading the advancement of the Virginia 4-H Youth Livestock Programs Endowment. 4-H livestock programming is funded through a combination of private gifts, endowment income, gifts in kind, and participant fees.
